dc.description.abstract ABSTRACT Sharif Hidayat. NIM. 2020.8.1.5.0058 “Management Principals in Improving the Quality of Educators at SMA Negeri 1 Sliyeg, Indramayu Regency” This research is motivated by the conditions that exist in SMAN 1 Siyeg which has a good quality of education. SMAN 1 Sliyeg succeeded in becoming a school that was accredited A and became a model school. The success of the principal in managing his institution can improve the quality of educators. One of the determining factors for school success is the competence of good educators and high credibility. Qualified educators are one of the supporters of success in the implementation of education, especially in the learning process, and can improve and maintain school quality. Thus, this study aims to examine how planning, organizing, implementing and supervising is carried out in improving the quality of educators at SMAN 1 Sliyeg. This research method is a case study. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, documentation and data triangulation. Data analysis techniques with analytical descriptive. The results of the research are: planning by determining the goals of improving the quality of educators based on the school's vision and mission, determining strategies, setting targets, compiling programs, and determining budgets. Organizing by mapping duties and responsibilities based on teacher potential and competence, and applying the teachings of Ki Hajar Dewantara. Implementation is carried out through In House Training, Workshops, Webinars, Education and Training, coaching Branch Offices, as well as the role of the head of SMAN 1 Sliyeg to provide guidance to teachers by instilling discipline and morale, empowering educators through collaboration, conducting briefings, motivation to further studies and awarding rewards. Supervision is carried out by the head of SMAN 1 Sliyeg by conducting supervision and preventive supervision of the effectiveness of activities. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the management of school principals in improving the quality of educators at SMAN 1 Sliyeg, Indramayu Regency had been carried out and contributed very well to improving the quality of educators.
